Rodel, an IPTPA-certified coach, is a leading ambassador for pickleball's global expansion. He’s promoted the sport in Mexico, the Philippines, and Japan, with plans to visit several more countries in 2025. Locally, he established the pickleball program at CERA in 2019 and has worked at CourtSide Kitchen and Rivercrest Country Club. Rodel also founded two non-profits, Pickleball Without Borders and Paddle-It-Forward, to support pickleball’s growth worldwide.
